How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your order details and Fed Ex tracking number.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on work load, however Simply Canvas strives to produce and ship all orders in approximately 1 week. We are closed most holidays so please allow a few extra days around major holidays. {The only rush option we offer is a 100% rush fee and your order will be shipped in 3 days. Be sure to call us if you have chosen the rush option when ordering.} Sale orders will take longer. Your order will also be delayed if the files are not sized properly.

What is the estimated delivery date of my prints?
Once your order has been invoiced, you will be able to log into your account online to view your Order History. Your invoice will show an estimated ship date based on production time and shipping selected. On average, depending on location, allow 2-5 days for Fed-Ex ground shipping.
Can I have my order I placed today overnighted tonight?
In order to allow for a professional, high quality production of your canvas print, Simply Canvas must allow all printed images to dry overnight as well as additional time for the protectant spray to dry before we can stretch and ship (if not, the print will crack or damage).
Does Simply Canvas Drop Ship to clients?
Simply Canvas does drop ship to clients for no additional cost, however we will not place any type of invoicing in the box. When placing your order in Roes, simply enter your clients information in the shipping box.
