How can I verify a discount code has been applied to my order?
Discount codes will be honored once verified by Simply Canvas. Once approved, the discount will be reflected in your Order Invoice. Please allow us to review your Invoice to ensure your order has been placed and processed correctly. Your credit card will be charged after production has begun on your order.
How do I determine the price of a Custom Size Gallery-Wrapped Canvas Print?
The Simply Canvas Custom Size Calculator can be located within the Customer Login Area of our website. It can be located at the top of the Stretched Canvas Pricing Page.
Do you have any discounts for first time customers?
Yes! When you register with us through our photographers program, you will receive a Welcome email which will explain how to get started, as well as provide a link to our First Time Customer digital coupons worth about $500 in savings!
Do you offer volume discounts?
We believe our prices are the most competitive on the Internet. Please contact us for more information on volume discounts, other specials or sign up for our monthly newsletter.
How is a service fee, such as Simply Painted Service, applied to multiple prints of the same image?
Simply Canvas will charge one fee for service of an image unless each multiple prints require special instruction. A set-up fee will only be applied to additional prints of the same image if adjustments in the service must be made. An additional fee will be charged for images with a larger group of subjects.
