1. 1. Please watch our video on ROES if you are unfamiliar with it.
2. 2. Please keep images under 10mb or a 100dpi jpeg at actual size. If we don't think your image is large enough, we will contact you.
3. 3. JPEG's Only.
4. 4. All files are opened by our technicians and checked before printing.
5. 5. Please email any sizing questions to printing@simplycanvas.com.
6. 6. After you select "Queue" to send your order please do not close out your ROES ordering system until you see the confirmation message that your order has been sent.
7. 7. If you do not receive a confirmation email of your order within 24 hours (except on the weekends) your order has not been received.
